BARBELL LEG WORKOUT - Target your quads, hammies and glutes in 30 minutes with this follow along barbell and dumbbell workout you can do at home or in the gym.

You'll need a barbell and a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a 20kg barbell + 1 set of 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. I'll also show you the dumbbell alternative for all the barbell moves if you don't have one.

How it’s done: There are 6 supersets to complete. Work on each exercise for 45 secs work/15 Secs Rest
