Full Body Barbell Workout -Take on this barbell only workout for a zero fuss workout that promises to bring the burn.

I used a 20 kg Barbell for circuit 1 and a 15kg barbell for circuit 2 + finisher- but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. Don’t have a barbell? I show you all the dumbbell alternatives for each exercise.

There are 2 circuits to complete for the following sets:

Round 1 -40/20
Round 2 - 30/15
Round 3 - 20/10

Circuit 1 (20kg Barbell)

2️⃣Double Pulse Back Squat
3️⃣Reverse Lunge
4️⃣1 1/2 Stiff Leg Deadlift
5️⃣BB SDHP
6️⃣BB Leg Lowers

3️⃣BB Thrusters
4️⃣BB Squat Hold & Curl
5️⃣BB Skull Crusher
6️⃣BB Situp

Finisher (15kg Barbell)
1️⃣Snatch
2️⃣BB Hop Over
