Fixing our broken Slide Glides.

Keeping things running smoothly truly applies to your RV slides. They need to glide in and out with ease so keeping all the parts associated with the slides in working order is crucial. Enter ‘slide glides’. Do you have any? Have you checked them lately?

After noticing a white plastic object in one of our drivers side bays we began to research and see exactly what it was and what it was used for. 1 of our 10 slide glides had broken and half landed in the basement. Then as we began to look at the rest of them we realized several were already broken and gone!!!

Thankfully at almost the exact time we found Steveo Borchello’s post on Tiffin Motorhomes Technical Forum -   / 175785776559660   (head over there and join that group if you own a Tiffin) explaining how he went about changing his slide glides out. We followed suit!

It’s a tight area so it can be challenging. (You can also have this work done by Tiffin if/when you make a trip to Red Bay Alabama if you don't feel up to doing it yourself.)
