Capitalism 2 - 200% in Real Estate!

In this game apartments doesn't profit so much, without 80% ocupation we can´t even pay the expenses, they take decades to pay for themselves, but then, their revenue is consistent, but waver when the country economic situation becomes recession. in the early game surviving disasters is the main concern, later, controling prices at recession/boom is awlful, so keeping a reduced profit margin is the way to avoid micromanagements.
