Now check this out guys, A traditional retro School Coconut and Raspberry Traybake sponge cake that I'm sure you will remember and love from your childhood school days.

Do you remember these from school which were usually served with custard, I promise these will go down a hit with your family and friends and with an easy step by step video you cant go wrong.

Ingredients used

250g Unsalted Butter
250g White Caster Sugar
250g Self Raising Flour
4 Large Free Range Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
30g Desiccated Coconut

200g Raspberry Jam
120g Desiccated Coconut

Maybe some hot Custard to top ....
