Ingredients
Cabbage: 1/4 head (about 200g)
Eggs: 3
Cheese: as needed (mozzarella cheese recommended)
Salt: a pinch
Pepper: a pinch
Olive oil or cooking oil: a bit for frying

1. Prepare the Cabbage: Finely shred the cabbage.
2. Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, place the washed cabbage.
Crack the eggs into the mixture, add the flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add a little water to adjust the consistency, but it should not be too runny.

3. Cooking in a Pan:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
Spread the batter evenly in the pan, making sure it’s not too thick.
Cover with a lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the bottom is golden and set.
Cover with a plate and turn it over.
Spread the tamato sauce, and sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the pizza.
Cover again and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.

4. Finishing Up:
Once the cheese has melted and the batter is cooked through, remove the pizza from the pan.
Slice and serve.

Tips
Feel free to add other toppings such as bacon, mushrooms, or tomatoes for added flavor.
