This Is how I made a cheeseburger quesadilla on the Blackstone griddle. This cheeseburger quesadilla recipe was easy and super delicious! Definitely an awesome blackstone griddle recipe I’ll make again! Fry that meat up with the veggies and add some seasoning and cheese and boom… deliciousness!
1lb 80/20 ground beef seasoned with 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tbsp blackstone whiskey burger seasoning
2 jalapeños diced
1 small yellow onion cut in slices
4 slices American cheese
1 large burrito tortilla
About a cup of shredded cheese
3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
