NASA Great Lakes Thunder Friday Test & Tune Session 1 – Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course August 2024

The #3 MAP Data Systems Mustang headed out onto the Mid-Ohio racetrack with a new front end following an off-road incident at the previous race (PittRace).

A special shoutout to Josh and the team at Shock Delete Engineering (SDE) for the prototype, heavy-duty shock and ride height simulators that were installed for this event. We are happy to announce that the new heavy-duty design worked flawlessly all weekend and withstood the abuse of road-course racing in a high-heat environment like the GT500 front wheel well where the massive Brembo GT4 brakes sit. If you are interested in replacing your OEM Magna Ride suspension, you will want to get the heavy-duty units from SDE.
