Against the Grain was commissioned for a limited-run woodworking project for Elevate Rapid City campaign investors.

To receive one of these pieces, the businesses in Rapid City, South Dakota decided to financially invest in the future of their city and align themselves with the mission of Elevating the Rapid City region for all.

These gifts were awarded at the Hotel Alex Johnson on January 26, 2023. The campaign party celebrated fundraising efforts for the next five years of Elevate Rapid City.
