This tutorial is a step by step guide about how to perform multiphase rietveld refinement using FullProf suite with as many possible phases present. An easiest approach is shown about how to do Rietveld refinement using FullProf suite with EdPCR program. Rietveld refinement of powder xrd pattern is used for crystal structure approximation and quantitative phase approximation. Here we refined a powder XRD pattern with the 6 different phases as identified earlier. We refined various parameters ranging from profile (e.g. scale, FWHM, lattice parameters etc.) to atomic parameters for each of the phase present.
