The SilvaBRYSON AM FM NOAA Weather Portable Radio is a Larger Version with Neat Features. The Price is Low, Above Average FM/NOAA Reception, Decent Build Quality, AC Adapter, D Cell Operation, Tuning LED, and a Clear Dial are Features that Add up to make a Worthwhile Receiver. But does it Check All the Boxes? and who is SilvaBRYSON? :)

Features I like about the Silva:
Design is Based off the Panasonic RF-2400.
Tuning LED.
Above Average FM/NOAA Reception.
Quality Speaker Audio.
Simple Controls.
Easy to Read Dial.
AC Adapter Included.
Built in Handle.
D Cell Battery Operation for Long Run Times.
Makes a Great Backup Radio for the Price.
Decent Build Quality.

Features that could be Added or Improved on:
Fix AM Band Issue. Unless I have a bad one :(
A More Accurate Dial like that on the Retekess TR633.

Overall, for just over Twenty USD, this radio delivers on FM/NOAA Reception. The Speaker Audio is Solid, and the Headphone experience is pleasant, and not Bass Heavy. I would recommend the Prunus J-15 over this Radio though if NOAA is needed. The Retekess TR633 AM FM Radio if NOAA is not needed. This SilvaBRYSON model gets a big "Maybe" recommendation. The lack of a working AM band holds it back from being a Solid Choice.
