How to make Larb
3 pounds of beef
Add 1 pound of beef tripe
Add 1 teaspoon of salt
Add Galangal
Add pia from cow stomach Pour all over the meets
Add more bile if is not bitter enough
Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Add 3-4 tablespoons of roasted rice
Add 1 teaspoon of msg
Add 3 tablespoons of padaek
Add 1 tablespoons of fish sauce
Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder
Add cilantro green onions-mint hom paew
Add fresh chili- kaffir lime leaves
