Set/SYNC date and time from HMI to both HMI and PLC/Rockwell/Allen Bradley

How to set date and time from HMI to both HMI and PLC
Hardware:
1769-L30ER-NSE PLC. Please note "NSE" is for "no stored energy" which means no capacitor in the controller to hold up the Real Time Clock (RTC) information. If power is cycled on the a NSE contyroller the real time clock value will go back to default.
Software:
“RSLogix5000/Studio5000” for PLC programming.
“FactoryTalk View Studio-View Machine Edition” for HMI programming.

ONS_001 BOOL
SET_TIME BOOL
PLC Instructions:
GSV: Get system value
SSV: Set system value

HMI Configuration:
System\Global Connections\Date and Time

Create a .mer file.
Download the .mer file to the actual HMI.
Download the .ACD file to PLC.
