Funeral for girl, 9, killed in Southport stabbings as mourners line the street

Hundreds of people have gathered for the funeral of nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar who was killed in the Southport stabbing attack.

The streets were lined with mourners as the funeral procession made its way to St Patrick's church with the carriage drawn by two white horses.

The family has released a photograph of Alice attending the Taylor Swift workshop on the day she was killed.
