Homemade Sugar/khandsari

Boil sugarcane juice till it achieves single thread consistency. Pour it in plate and sundry for around a week. Khandsari will be ready to use.

I used it to make 'Ale pak' and it turned really good. This sugar can be used in tea, milk, gulkand or preparing any sweet; as replacement of normal sugar. Milk will not get spoiled as this sugar does not have any chemicals.
