Smoked Turkey Brine Recipe:
2 gallons of apple cider
1 cup of kosher salt
1/2 cup of honey
2 cinnamon sticks
7 whole cloves
1-inch stick of fresh ginger, sliced thin
1 orange
1 red apple
1 green apple
1 raw whole turkey, fresh or defrosted
1 5-gallon bucket (see notes)
