The Channel Owners do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Channels. The Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.

The Channel Owners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Channel Owners' sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Channel Owners are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
