WHATS GOOD YOUTUBE ?! It’s your boy Jon Mango, back with another fitness & nutrition informative video here. In this video, I’m covering a very commonly requested and commonly confusing topic in this industry. Macronutrients & Micronutrients!!

These terms get thrown around alll of the time, and for people that have been in this industry for a while like myself and other trainers/coaches/professionals, these terms are as native to us as GAINZ. But for many people who are new to this ever-growing industry every day, they may get confused and not fully grasp what these terms and the meanings behind them actually are.

I discuss in pretty good detail what each of these are, their importance, and some things you need to know about them/keep in mind.

I didn't want to make this a long lecture-style video, so I made sure to do my best to cover the absolute fundamentals and basics so that anyone and every one that watches this video can navigate their way around a conversation including these terms in them.
