NO SMOKER? NO PROBLEM! OVEN SMOKED PORK RIBS

Who doesn't love smoked ribs? But you will ask yourself "oh no I don't have a smoker" Well it's your lucky day! The technique for this recipe was taught by one of my awesome mentor way back in Colorado. I never thought you can smoke meat without using a smoker. It's fairly easy and you just need time to have amazing smoked pork ribs.

Recipe for Dry rub
Garlic Powder
Onion Power
Smoked Paprika
Cajun Seasoning
Clove powder
Salt
Pepper

Coleslaw Dressing
Non fat plain yogurt
Onion Powder
Celery Salt Powder
Apple Cider Vinegar
Dijon Mustard
Red Cabbage
Regular Cabbage
