Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp ghee, 1 bay leaf, 3–4 cloves
• 2 onions (sliced), 1 tbsp ginger–garlic paste, 2 green chilies
• 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt
• 1 cup cooked/canned chickpeas (kabuli chana)
• 1 cup spinach (palak), 1 cup basmati rice (soaked 20–30 min)
• 2.5 cups water
• Cashews & fresh coriander for garnish

Quick Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add bay leaf & cloves, then sauté onions with ginger–garlic paste and green chilies until golden.
2. Sprinkle in coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt—mix well till fragrant.
3. Add chickpeas, chopped spinach, soaked rice, and 2.5 cups water. Stir everything together.
4. Cook covered until rice is fluffy and water is absorbed.
5. Garnish with toasted cashews & fresh coriander. Serve hot with raita, salad, or papad! 🌿
