[BQ# 10 & 11] LIVE!! Shiny Dratini and Magikarp Fished SoulSilver After 15,369 FEs

For a long time now after finding out all the Generation IV fishing data online is totally wrong, I've wanted to try fishing for a Shiny Dratini or Dragonair in the HGSS Dragon's Den. I get there are way easier ways to get this Shiny, but I just really wanted to see sparkles and also have the chance to catch Dratini in a Love Ball! This is the only way to do that. So the actual percentages for this hunt are 30% Dratini and 10% Dragonair. The remaining 60% is all Magikarp. 40% is a pretty solid encounter rate (most of the time lol) and thankfully the Dratini shined on phase 2! Phase 1 was a Magikarp which I decided to just count for the BQ for the sake of following BQ rules. :)
