I created a mental imagery training track that you can use for your softball mental performance.

Using the BALL Method, I take you through a sequence where you: focus on controlling your breath, anchor in positive affirmations, visualize your past success (highlight tape), then visualize your performance in the future.

The Ball Method is an acronym that stands for:
Breathing
Affirmations
Look Backward
Look Forward
