This micro pulley has a fixed side and handles ropes of various thickness. I tried it with rope up to 11mm and there was room for even thicker rope. Weight rating is up to 20 kn. It's 3.25 x 2 x 1.37 inches. Smooth and lightweight. Easily allows carabiner to hook onto the fixed side plates (assuming you use the 4" or larger D style).
Bought this on Amazon.com and it might just be the lower cost alternative from the hinged side plate made by the many other well known name brands out there. You decide.
