Our Zuppa Inglese, in the version we are proposing, is composed of 4 bagne (vanilla, alchermes, rum and Cointreau) and 3 different creams (custard, chocolate custard and zabaglione), with a pleasant decoration of whipped cream.
The realization is a bit laborious, but easier than it seems and the final result is definitely spectacular.

🧁 INGREDIENTS
Pan di Spagna (Sponge cake)
4 big eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 Vanilla bean
1 organic lemon peel

Syrup to wet cake
1.2 cup water
1/2 cup caster sugar
4 flavor (vanilla, Alchermes, Rum, Cointreau)

Italian Zabaione cream
5 egg yolks
6 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp rice starch
3/4 cup Marsala dry

Italian Pastry cream
6 egg yolks
9 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla bean
5 tbsp rice starch
2 cups fresh milk
1.2 cup chocolate (to be mixed with half a portion of pastry cream)

Decoration
10 tbsp fresh cream
Cream fix
