Re-pot an Ariocarpus with me! | Featuring pottery by IG: @spines.n.clay

This is a little Ariocarpus retusus cv. frumdosus that I've had for over a year. I got this plant when I was still very new to Ariocarpus so I potted it in a super inorganic mix because I was terrified of overwatering and rotting it by accident. It was good to err on the side of caution as I learned to feel out the plant's needs. Now I've cared for it long enough to know that it prefers a little more organic content in its substrate, otherwise, it dries out so quickly in the very arid climate of the Sonoran desert. So let's re-pot this little Ariocarpus together in a very cool pot by local pottery artist Instagram: @spines.n.clay. Hope you enjoy!
