Hello everyone, in this video, I'm gonna show you how to make Kung Pao Pork at home! It is one of the dishes I miss during my time in the UK and I wish to show you how to make it so you can make it anywhere to fix your craving. INGREDIENTS:
1. 500g Pork Belly Slices
2. 5-7 Spring Onions
3. 1 Red Onion
4. 10-15 slices of Ginger
5. 5-7 cloves of Garlic
6. 10-15 pieces Dried Red Chili
7. 1 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
8. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
9. 1 tsp Sesame Oil
10. 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

THE SAUCE:
1. 2 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
2. 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3. 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
4. 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
5. 1 tbsp Cornflour
6. 1/2 tbsp White Pepper
7. 3 tbsp Water

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine pork, white pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and Shao Xing cooking wine. Mix well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, let’s start to make the sauce by combining vinegar, sugar, Shao Xing wine, cornstarch, sesame oil, and water. Stir to mix the ingredients. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a deep cooking pot.
- Once the oil is hot, add the ginger in and fry until it golden brown. Add garlic and dried chillies after that. Fry them again.
- Add our pork slices in and fry them until the colour turns light to medium brown.
- Add the white parts of spring onions and the red onions. Stir-fry them.
- Pour in the sauce. Stir fry to distribute the ingredients. Continue to cook until the texture becomes thick.
- Turn off the gas. Add the top part of the spring onions. Stir it to combine them with the pork.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve, share and enjoy!
