Work Out format:
Warm up (30 secs no rest)
Cross body arm pull
Lateral lunge
High knee (a step)
Jumping jack (step jacks)
Jog (swift march)
Air squat
Kick outs
Windmill stretch

Main Work Out (2 rounds)
45 secs on 15 off

Fast feet with up down punches (walk up down punches)
Push up (knee push ups)
Scissor jacks (scissor with back step)
Prisoner bum kickers (prisoner step bum kickers)
plank jack( plank step out)
Sprint in place ( swift march with arm swing)
Cycle rest 45 sec
Repeat work out exercises

3 min finisher (1 min each no rest)
Punch jack (step punch jack)
Standing crunches
Squat hold with punch
