Its the first workout of the fresh start series!

Today we will be doing a quick 10 minute cardio abs workout. This workout is fast and to the point. We have no walking breaks between exercises; we just go from one to the next.

Take your time and take it at your own pace

This is the first workout of the FRESH START SERIES! The rest can be found either on our website (growwithjo.com) or in the growwithjo app.

Here is the schedule
Monday (8): 10 min quick core
Tuesday (9): 12 min tabata cardio
Wednesday (10): slow Pilates stretch & recovery
Thursday (11): 15 min upper body build

Monday (15): 20 min dance cardio
Tuesday (16): 20 min lower body build
Wednesday (17): slow stretch & Pilates
Thursday (18): 30 min body weight arm tone up

Monday (22): 35 min leg cardio
Tuesday (23): 25 min full body strength
Wednesday (24): 45 min cardio burn
Thursday (25): slow Pilates stretch & recover
