Hello again!

Welcome/welcome back to my channel, I am so happy you are here :)

This is a 20 minute pilates workout using your body weight, a resistance band and weights. We'll focus on the core and get a full body workout, as always. Emphasis on the glutes and abs!

Reminder: These are workouts I do and exercises I would teach in any of my mat pilates group classes. I am a certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor, not a trained medical professional so listen to your body and if anything hurts stop this video and rejoin me on another!
