As part of a ‪@ChildrenofJannah‬ grief course, Sorrow to Serenity, I was asked to write a letter to Amani in Paradise and her reply back. This is an exercise that can help allay any fears, worries or feelings of guilt that can often plague someone that is grieving. It was very comforting to write to Amani and then write back with words that I can imagine my Amani would say to me if she could.

I decided to release my letters as a video in the hope that it will help others experiencing grief.
