At the age of 18, Patrick Mitrow decided to purchase a drum kit and place it in his father's living room. Fortunately, coming from a musical family, he gave his blessing. Andy Mužar remains passionate about performing in bands, having done so since he was twelve years old. Both are founding members of "Saturn Sunrise," an alternative rock band from Ottawa. Andy, the vocalist and lead guitarist, has a back catalogue of songs over the years and brings
to life with the band's support. As 'the glue' in the band, Patrick is enthusiastic about percussion as well as the group's development and collaboration. Saturn Sunrise released their debut 5-song EP on Spotify and
wherever you may find your music of choice on December 13th, 2024.
The Dominion Tavern, Cafe Dekcuf, The Rainbow Bistro, and other well-known Ottawa locations have hosted the band's fantastic performances in recent times, and the group plans to hit the road and play some high-quality
shows in 2025, promoting their new EP.
