How to make Oxtail and Beef Tendon Soup 🍲 牛尾牛筋湯

Hello everyone, today I want to show you guys how to make this super yummy soup Oxtail and Beef Tendon Soup 牛尾牛筋湯. This soup is so hearty for the cold weather and very nutritious with the protein and collagen from the oxtail and beef tendon.

Ingredients
Oxtails 4 lb
Beef tendon 3 pieces
Daikon radish 2 lbs
Cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
Bay leaves 4 pieces
Star anise 2 pieces
Dried cardamom 2 pieces
Dried coriander 1/2 tsp
Peppercorn 1/2 tsp
Whole cloves 1/4 tsp
Rock sugar 40g
Shaoxing cooking wine 2 Tbsp
Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
One can of chicken broth
4 slices of ginger (Blanching meat)
One Green onion & 3 slices of ginger (For the soup)
Cilantros
One tea filter bag for dried spices
