Here is one of my favourite warm up games that I include in almost every single boot camp I teach taken from a child's game. Head, shoulders, knees, toes and cone is the perfect game to start a workout.

The first clip shows the traditional calling of instructions and always I have a small 1 or 2 rep forfeit exercise for the loser of the round just to make sure everyone is working hard and builds a little fun competitive nature.

In round two I add new instructions such as jump and turn to get everyone moving harder. Sometimes I try to do 5 or 6 rounds adding a new instruction each time and get everyone to change partner each round.
