I'm back for part 2 about BREECH babies, and this time I give you some practical, at-home, out of the hospital and in the hospital ways you can try and turn your breech baby to head-down! QUICK TIP: get MOVING! Don't stay put, hands and knees, move around! I then demonstrate an inversion, actually show you what using moxa sticks for moxibustion looks like, talk chiropractic, acupuncture and the long-awaited and highly requested external cephalic version (ECV). Set yourself up with the best chance of getting your baby to a vertex position and attempting that vaginal birth and possibly avoiding a c-section!
