In this video I show you how I make goat ghee, also known as clarified goat butter. I prefer to consume ghee instead of butter because this way I remove more casein from the butter. And I prefer to use goat butter instead of cow butter because goats eat grass instead of corn, and goat milk casein is tolerated a little better compared to cow milk casein. I believe cows eat corn, and corn has lectins, so I imagine cow ghee might have lectins, while goat ghee should be free from lectins.
