Hartmann Valves: Metal-to-Metal Sealing System in Ball Valves

Описание к видео Hartmann Valves: Metal-to-Metal Sealing System in Ball Valves

How can you get the maximum service life for your ball valves while reducing maintenance costs? Our ball valve animation shows you in 3D the benefits of metal-to-metal ball valve sealing versus soft sealing or PMSS systems.
When a ball valve closes, the internal velocity of the medium increases. Every medium flow contains debris, so the increased velocity from closing the valve means that the debris particles strike the seal at high velocity. In a soft sealing ball valve or PMSS system, the seal is exposed and is damaged as the debris embeds itself and scratches the ball. The uncoated ball is damaged at the inlet side and the soft seal receives damage at the downstream side. As the debris embeds, the ball becomes scratched and the ball valve starts to leak, resulting in expensive down times and repairs.
Hartmann Valves has developed the solution: a bubble-tight metal-to-metal sealing system. Our hard coating protects the ball and our hard coated seat rings are designed to avoid damage in the seat area. The Hartmann metal-to-metal sealed ball valves have a rate "A" requirement and should have no visible leakage. Gas tight even at high cycles: for a long-lasting shut-off with minimal maintenance effort and cost. Get the maximum service life for your valves. SAFE. RELIABLE. LONG-LASTING.
