INGREDIENTS:
1 cup/100 gms tuar dal
salt - 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1/2 tsp methi seeds
2-3 dry red chillies
10-12 curry leaves
1/2 tsp Asafoedita
2 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
some pumpkin pieces
2 tsp sambhar powder
4-5 tbsp tamarind pulp/ 20gms., tamarind
1/2 onion into cubes
Fresh coriander
Fresh curry leaves
