Breda Ba-65

Dei tre diversi modelli di aereo da attacco realizzati dalla Breda nel corso del conflitto, il BA 65 fu l'unico ad avere un concreto impiego operativo. L'esordio operativo del Breda 65 fu nella guerra di di Spagna dove nel 1937 furono inviati inizialmente 17 esemplari della prima serie di produzione, integrati nell'anno seguente con sei velivoli della seconda. Nella seconda guerra mandiale le esperienze di combattimento, svolte quasi esclusivamente in Africa, dimostrarono che esso era adatto al ruolo di assaltatore, nel quale peraltro riscosse diversi successi.
