LECHE FRITA: Spanish style sweet fried milk recipe (from a Spaniard!)

Ingredients:

For the first mix:
750 ml milk
2 cinnamon sticks
lemon and orange peel

For the second mix:
-100 gr corn starch
-250 ml milk

For the third mix:
3 egg yolks
-100 gr granulated sugar

To add while cooking:
50 gr butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For the coating:
1 egg
50 gr corn starch
50 gr granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
half a litre of cornflower oil

For decoration:
blackberry sauce
sour fruits
mint leaves
