Ingredients
1. 334 g All-purpose flour
2. 1 tsp Baking soda
3. 170 g Unsalted butter, softened
4. 80 g Light brown sugar
5. 120 g White sugar
6. 1 tsp Salt
7. 25 g Maple syrup
8. 1 Cold egg (weighs around 58 g, eggshell not included)
9. 1 Cold egg yolk
10. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
11. 120 g Dried cranberry
12. 150 g White chocolate

--Chilling the dough is not required. --

3. เนยจืดแบบนิ่ม 170 ก
4. น้ำตาลทรายแดงสีอ่อน 80 ก
5. น้ำตาลทรายขาว 120 ก
6. เกลือ 1 ชช
7. เมเปิ้ลไซรัป 25 ก
8. ไข่ไก่เย็นเบอร์ 1 จำนวน 1 ฟอง
9. ไข่แดงเย็นเบอร์ 1 จำนวน 1 ฟอง
10. กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ชช
11. แครนเบอรี่ 120 ก
12. ไวท์ช็อกโกแลต 150 ก

สูตรนี้ไม่ต้องแช่โดว์ค่ะ

In case you don't like the smell of maple syrup, corn syrup can be used instead.
