For 22 years Rueben was stuck at home isolating himself from the world. It's been almost year since Rueben stepped through the doors and started his journey with BBM. His positive change in mindset, along with his improving health and mobility is truly inspiring.

In this video we follow Rueben's day to day routine, from waking up at 5am, to driving to BBM to take fitness classes, shopping, walks, cooking and so much more. He also shares about what his life was before and now.
