This class is perfect for anyone who has injured their ankles or feet or anyone who just fancies a yoga challenge. This class was designed to challenge the whole body without putting any weight on the feet. If you have sensitive knees I recommend placing something underneath so that the knee joints are cushioned.

No feet yoga does as it says on the tin, it's a feet-free vinyasa practice that aims to work your whole body (minus the ankles and feet). If you are struggling with an injury and you've been feeling down about not being able to practice in your usual way, this class is here for you.
