Wings Party!!!!!

Chicken Wings 1kg
marinate with
all purpose flour 3 tbsp
cornflour 3 tbsp
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder

marinate and then deep fry them.

Spicy Korean Wings
Oil 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1½ tbsp sirarcha sauce
½ tsp sugar
3 pinch chilli flakes
2 pinch salt
4 pinch black pepper powder
4 pinch white pepper powder
2 tbsp water

cook the sauce and coat 4-5 fried wings.
sprinkle sesame seeds.


Bbq Wings
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water

mix and cook till simmer
add the 4 wings and toss

Honey Lime Wings
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt n black pepper

mix and cook, toss the wings and serve

Hot Buffalo wings
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp sirarcha sauce
2 pinch sugar
3 pinch black pepper powder
3 pinch white pepper powder
3 pinch paprika powder
2 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)

cook, toss wings and serve
