高速煲黑椒豬手
Pork knuckle with black pepper with high speed cooker

Pork knuckle, you want it to be yummy, just add the right seasoning

高速煲黑椒豬手

材料:
急凍豬手兩隻
啤酒500毫升
洋蔥2個
黑椒碎

處理/程序:
1. 豬手,連包裝袋,清水解凍。
2. 豬手已解凍,放高速煲內,加入紹興酒1湯匙及粗鹽1湯匙半,加入滾水500毫升,出水15分鐘。
3. 豬手,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 洗乾淨高速煲。
5. 洋蔥,1開6,清水洗乾淨,放少量入高速煲內,豬手放上面。
6. 加入調味料:
a. 蠔油3湯匙
b. 老抽2湯匙
c. 冰糖2大粒
d. 黑椒碎1湯匙
加入啤酒1罐。
7. 用煮飯功能。
8. 第一轉已煮好,反轉豬手,加入餘下的洋蔥,再用煮飯功能,煮第二轉。
9. 完成。
10. 放好洋蔥在碟上,豬手切件。
11. 可享用。

Pork knuckle with black pepper with high speed cooker

Ingredients:
Frozen pork knuckles 2 Nos.
Beer 500ml
Onion 2 Nos.
Black pepper

Preparation/Steps:
1. Pork knuckles, with plastics, defrost in tap water.
2. The knuckles have been defrosted, put in the cooker. Add in 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine and 1.5 tbsp of cooking salt. Add in 500ml of boiled-up water, soak for 15 minutes.
3. The knuckle, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
4. Rinse the cooker.
5. Onion, divide it into 6 shares. Rinse with tap water. Put little into high speed cooker. Put knuckles on top.
6. Add seasoning:
a. Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
b. Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
c. Rock sugar 2 big cubes
d. Black pepper 1 tbsp
Add in a can of beer.
7. Cook with normal cooking procedures.
8. First round is finished, flip over the knuckle. Add in the remaining onion. Start the second round of cooking.
9. Complete.
10. Put onion on plate. The knuckles, cut in pieces, is to be put on top.
11. Serve.
