Here's a simple recipe for Tomato Rasam in a Pressure Cooker:

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup diced tomatoes (2-3 medium tomatoes)
1 tablespoon ghee or oil
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rasam powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt, to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
-green chilli-2
-turmeric-pinch

For tempering:
-oil
-mustard seeds-1/2spoon
-1/2jeera(cumin seeds)
-red chilli-2count
-hing pinch
-curry leaves

Instructions
1. *Prepare the ingredients*: Chop the onion, garlic and turmeric..
2. *Heat the pressure cooker*: Heat the ghee or oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
3. *Add cumin seeds and onions*: Add the cumin seeds and chopped onions to the pressure cooker. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
4. *Add garlic,and tomatoes*: Add the minced garlic, and diced tomatoes to the pressure cooker. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5. *Add rasam powder, and water*: Add , rasam powder, and water to the pressure cooker. Stir well to combine.
6. *Close the lid and cook*: Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles or 10-12 minutes.
7. *Let the pressure release*: Let the pressure release naturally, then open the lid.
8. *Season with salt*: Season the rasam with salt to taste.and add tempering
9. *Garnish and serve*: Garnish the Tomato Rasam with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or as a soup.

Tips and Variations
Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
Adjust the amount of rasam powder to your taste.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder for extra flavor and nutrition.
