40g Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
80g Carrot 胡萝卜
40g Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
30g Chinese Celery 芹菜
1 Red Chili 红辣椒

120g Frying Powder 炸粉
2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
120g Water 清水
