The FEVE railway is now single track running through picturesque Northern Spanish countryside as we make our way from Casar de Periedo to San Vicente de la Barquera. In this section we pass unspoiled villages and the scenery becomes more rugged as the line climbs into the hills, often running next to pretty rivers or through deep rock cuttings.
