Three step breakdown on the forward to backward transition on inline skates.

In this video I teach you how to transition from forward to backward in three steps.
1) Medium wide stance on inside edges
2) Scissor one foot forward and one foot backwards
3) Rotate

It is important to pay close attention to the weight transfer on the front foot to make the transition smooth.
