PREGNANCY YOGA FLOW | MINDFUL MOVEMENT FOR PREGNANCY | WELL WITH HELS
Always consult your midwife or healthcare professional before undergoing a new workout routine whilst pregnant.
This pregnancy yoga flow incorporates some strengthening on the upper back and glutes, which will help to support the spine and back, especially if you are suffering with any back pain during pregnancy. We also do some gentle, rhythmic movements to ease any aching joints during this time in your pregnancy and also flow through some calming poses and stretches to reconnect with the body and baby. I hope this 20 min pregnancy yoga flow serves you well and you feel calm and relax posture yoga practise :)
