A comfort food Panini and meatball casserole

Today we make Panini and meatballs casserole.
We start with a pound of sausage Italian
pre heat oven to 425
1 pound of ground beef
in a large mixing bowl combine the meat add
1 1/2 garlic
1 1/2 Italian spice
1/2 onion chop fine,
mix well until all combined roll out to golf ball size meat balls
place on cookie sheet with parchment paper
place in oven for 20 min
sweat onion before adding sauce of your choice
combine sauce and add 1 1/2 Italian spice
bring to slight boil
reduce heat to simmer until meatballs are done.
in a 8x12 pan lay down a layer of sauce then a layer of panini then a layer of cheese then sauce and so on.
place meatballs on top add more cheese until your desire. put aluminum foil place back in oven and cook for 20 minutes remove foil and serve.
